right got my Tbird at stock finally. but now tryin to oc it. if i put the FSB from 133 to 135 and restart, the monitor doesnt turn on. and i cant reset the bios without a screen so i have to clear the cmos by taking the batt out etc.
I have tried taking the mult down to 9 and putting the FSB to 135 but still the screen doesnt turn on.
so what is going on??

What motherboard and RAM are you using, include some specs, it may be other aspects of your system that are holding you up.

Check if 'Watchdog Timer' or 'Speed Error Hold' are set to disabled. These settings inside the BIOS prevent the PC from booting on a different then default CPU speed. Another way is to set 'Halt on' at 'no errors' or similair.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dims when I turn it on
