Sony Vegas 10.0 Low Memory

Hi, i recently made a video in sony vegas 10.0 and when i try rendering it it comes up an error saying "Low system memory, please close some programs and try again"
I have 3 GB ram and while rendering i use 1.8gb ram although i even closed all programs giving me 1.5gb ram
This error has not happened to sony vegas 10 since i got it, i have rendered 10 videos already
I tried all of these rendersettings:

.WMV (low and high quality)
.MP4 (low and high quality)
.AVI (low and high quality)

None of the work, all happen to say low memory.
I tried restarting my pc and i also reinstalled sony vegas 10.0 and i cannot transfer the file to 9.0 (i think) to render it there...
Please help, also when it stops, it never stops at the same spot..

Well all 3 GB are not avalaible for use, some of that 3GB of ram is going to the OS alone at all times, just fyi, I understand that with version 9 its enough ram, So is it possible that version 10 uses more ram?

do you get the same error with superprefetch off?

Sorry for wasting you'r time, but i fixed it
Just choose a different codec and .mp4
