Mystery problem VCL50.BPL>

Hello,
I keep seeing message :
VCL50 BPLis missing from your computer try reinstalling the program to rectify the problem,then nothing.I can switch
the message off and access my programs by clicking the x on the message 7 times and when it
reappears 6 times for access to my screen. From control panel I can only see how how to uninstal programs. Can somone tell me what is VCL50 and how do I instal it?

It's a Delphi 5 runtime library file. I don't think it's compatible with Windows 7.
You must have some program there using Delphi code. The file should have been distributed with the program using it.
