HD7750 Locked FPS

Hi, I have an AMD Radeon HD7750 1GB graphic card and when I go play some BF3 I get like 30 ~ 50 frames, But what I think is Weird is when I change the graphics settings
I get the same frame rate, and I think with this setup I shouldn't get that frame on LOW.
Low : 30 ~ 50
Medium: 30 ~ 50
High : 30 ~ 50
Ultra: 25 ~ 30

Here is my setup :

AMD FX-6100 Six-core Processor 3.3GhZ
4 GB Ram
HD7750 1GB
64 Bits Operational System

Hope you guys can Help me, I already disabled V-SYNC and REFRESH RATE is 75Hz

Try disabling all but 3 of your CPU cores in BIOS and check your CPU usage during gameplay. I suspect the CPU might be the culprit - in which case overclocking it would resolve your problem.

Why overclock ? It have 3.3GhZ. and I checked out the CPU usage during gameplay and it use like 40% ~ 50% of the CPU.
I think CPU is the culprit...
How can I fix that ? Already tried Disabling 3 Cores

It's at 40-50% while 3 cores are disabled or with all 6 cores?

Also, 3.3GHZ is pretty low for a FX CPU.

4.4 GHz would be very nice. Would improve the performance a lot. Make sure to check for heat though .

Hey I tried to overclock but my Motherboard M5A88-M has a Weird BIOS.
I change the Current Frequency of the processor
And when I start the windows I get the same Frequency 3.3GhZ. But in the BIOS it said 4.0GhZ,Could you help me?

And too when I enter AIDA Overclock TAB
I get this : Processor Clock velocity : 1693.8 MHz (original: 3300 MHz)
