Fan/HS from 433 Celeron to 900 Celeron?

This is for the kids' computer. It's got an Intel 810E mainboard and Celery 433, I plan on dropping in a Celery 900 (faster supported by board). Can I keep the 433 fan/heatsink and buy the OEM CPU or should I get a decent (better) cooler for the 900?

Buy the Retail Celeron 900.

The heatsink that comes with it will be just fine.
