Created for just such people...sad thing is, he can't be sentenced to death. If this dude kidnapped my daughter, raped her, stole 2 years of her life from her and me...I would kill him the instant I could...no questions.

i dont think he should be given the death penalty. just put in a cell for life with a horny guy with a prick the size of the guys arm.

However, the people on this forum that aren't natives of the South have no idea how bad that would really be. My girls were born in Seattle and one time I took them to see the Grandparents in Houston. Katie (my oldest)accidently stepped in a fire ant hill. After she stopped crying I told her that she was a REAL Texan now. SHe was so proud, she went around telling everyone that she had been bitten by fire ants...*ah those entemylogical moments just fly by*

Ah, but you didn't tell us the REAL reason you don't loose sleep over the death penalty...you're not African American are you!

Lest we forget why Illinois suspended the death penalty: A university studdied about a dozen cases where DNA evidence existed but was not used...and found all those guys couldn't have possibly been the perpetrator. And hundreds of white supremecist said "See what we told you, they really DO all look alike!". Then they said "kill them anyway" of course :smile: Wonderfull country we live in, we're all to [-peep-] up for any of us to have the power over life and death.

Of course there are cases like this where a person is caught red handed, but this is not the norm.
