simple question
do I get more performance if I put Core and Memory at same clock speed?
My Radeon8500LE is clocked 250/230 when I got it, I oc the memory to 250, so both are at same speed, wondering if it's a good idea if I put the Core speed to 275Mhz, it's 275/250Mhz, would it be good? it's so called Asynchronous Clocks?

2nd question...beside the memory used by R8500 and R8500LE, do they have same Core except that LE is clocked at slower speed?

No, sync or async wont matter in most cases of videocard overclokcing... the higher the better so your idea is good.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dims when I turn it on

I'm not sure but I think they use the same chip.

But you better ask in the Graphic Card section or wait for another reply from someone who really knows.
