as far as i know it should - how close are the nearest capacitors around the CPU socket? ideally you just need to measure the room around the socket and check with the dimension of the SLK800 (remember, its not very wide on the clip side, but its quite wide on the other)

Probably yes. You have to remember the SLK-800 slopes upwards from the base, and will be raised because of the height of the socket and the chip, so there is even less of a chance that it will be blocked by any nearby capacitors or other devices. It's a sweet ass sink. Good choice.
