When overclocking by FSB, does your memory speed raise with it, or must you sync it through the bios?

depend on how your bios manage for it
if your Bios is for Expert, then there must be some setting for you that you can OC CPU at same time your ram, or not oc memory with your cpu
it's all depend on how good your Bios and motherboard are

Depends on motherboard/chipset and BIOS settings.

With my KT333 it increases along with the FSB.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dims when I turn it on
