Hi, just looking to buy a pc that can run stuff like Guild Wars 2, Diablo III, etc. Not really into FPS, mostly RPGS.

Either fully built or barebones + gpu would be great!

Thanks!

pre built its unlikely as you tend to pay 1/3 to the shop as markup. so in reality your getting the cheapest parts and the bare minimum of quality. if you spend 500 on your own shopping list you will get much more for your money and it would definatly play the games you want.

I would build something like:

Intel i3-3220
GIGABYTE H77 motherboard
GIGABYTE AMD Radeon HD 7750
1600mhz 1.5v 4GiB of DDR3 RAM.
+A good case and PSU.

It's recommended to get your budget to around $800 dollars for a decent PC. Most people will say that a cheap PC will be obsolete too soon and that it can cost more than a good build in the long term.

there are sites like scan.co.uk

and ones in america as well

that let you select parts and they will build it for you and install os

this is a much better way to do it if your not sure about building your own.

building your own pc is usually a lot cheaper and not that hard to do

most motherboards come with a book telling you how to install everything from power cables to cpu.

the hardest component to choice is a graphics card and psu

graphics card because the numbers mean nothing unless you know what to look for. e.g. a hd 6990 is better than a hd 7670

psu because choose a bad one and can kill parts eventually
