O'Cing XP2500+ on MSI

I'm a newbie to overclocking, I have XP 2500+ on a MSI K7N2-L motherboard with
2 sticks of 512MB DDR333 CAS/CL2.0 2-6-3 timing from ocsystems.
I am hoping to reach xp3000+ or if possible xp3200+ speeds.
The T.M.D. fans are very attractive to me since I sleep with PC on, so I was wondering which heat sink
I could use to overclock to this level. My board does not have the 4 mounting holes.
Any recomendations welcome!!.

The best heatsink that attached via the tabs is the Thermalright SK800(a).

There is NO exceptions, all tests show this one is the best. Make sure you get the (a) version, as the SK800(u) attaches through mounting holes.

Pair this with a strong fan and its the best air cooling available.

Yeah, if you want a quiet system, you won't be getting to 3200+ speeds, unless you do water cooling. You have to move monster air to keep it cooled.

for quiet look for some panaflo fans, or for the ability to get powerful airflow and a quiet fan go for a thermaltake smartfan2

If by 3200+ speeds you mean 2.2GHz, then you dont really need that crazy heatsink. Im just using the Volcano 7 with Smart Fan II at 3000 RPM. My PS is actually louder than that. Then again, I DO have the panels to my case off....

Well, I mean up to 2.3, more like me. Frankly, if your psu is louder than the smartfan at 3000, you have the loudest psu in existence.
