Full Screen Application with Multi Monitor

Hello im using 2 monitors for my pc.. the question is i want to watch youtube i my secondary monitor in fullscreen while im working on my primary monitor.. but everytime i click... type on the main monitor.. the youtube return to normal back...

can windows manage fullscreen applications per monitor much alike windows media player??

This is actually a youtube contraint, I often play games in full screen on one monitor while watching tv shows/movies on the other all the time. You may be able to download the youtube video with a program then replay it with a different program but I don't believe this is a problem on your end but on how they have youtube set.

There may be some crazy way to trick it into thinking it's still the currently active window but nothing I'm aware of.
