BATTEFIELD KEEPS CRASHING!!!

Hello,
I'm getting so annoyed right now, my battlefield never loads, it does but what happens is that I join a server then it opens up battlefied and then goes black screen, i then have to press Control, Alt, Delete and bring up task manager to close it. I NEED HELP IT'S SO IRATATING. All that money for nothing $50 for nothing ;(

make sure you have the correct plugins for your browser... check the game files integrity via origin, right click on the game icon and you should get an option to fix the install, use it.
only use chrome or ie9 as the plugins work best with these.
then go into the installer folder and make sure all the redistributes like vcredist and direct x are installed (manually install them with admin privs).
1s done open the cmd prompt with admin privs and type"bcdedit /set increaseUserVa 2500" 1s done reboot and see if the game works... if it gets further and then crashes set increaseUserVa to 3700
