Anybody heard of Q-tec

I am on a reasonably tight budget and somebody has suggested trying Q-tec products. Has anybody heard of Q-tec or are currently using any of their products? I am looking at purchasing the AMD Noiseless Cooler (26.6Db) and the 400W Low Noise Dual Fan PSU (27Db). Would greatly appreciate some advice.

I have a Q-Tec Dual Fan 450W PSU. Apparently the fans are supposed to be temperature controlled but I have yet to see it.
Its rated as 32Db but its the loudest thing in my case.
You might want to try one out before you buy.
The external fan is the loudest. If I stop him its fine, but it does affect case temps...

i got the 400W dual fan gold low noise PSU. no problems... and its not loud. well atleast i dont think so. its rated at 27 dB. so if ur not looking to spend much more like me than this is ur choice. the only thing i dont like about it is that there is no switch to turn it off so instead u just have to unplug it. but its not like u use that everyday. other than that ... great PSU.

yeah, i got one of those 400W dual fan gold PSU's as well, its rock solid and very quiet. Cost me less than £20 as well!
