Can I run Borderlands 2?

I have a laptop with a 1.3 GHZ Dual Core E-300 APU and an AMD Raedon HD 6310 graphics card. In addition, I have 1.6 GB of RAM. Canyourunit.com is telling me I can't run Borderlands, but I don't really trust that site as it told me I couldn't run Street Fighter X Tekken and Portal 2 - both of which I can run just fine. I'm not afraid to turn off cel shading if necessary since it majorly boosts performance (though I'd prefer not to).

Turn off Physx, crank all settings to low and reduce the resolution, maybe upgrade RAM to 4GB and you should be able to play it

but like brett said, its not really playing if all those stuffs are gone
