Good F2P Multiplayer Game

Hey guys anybody know any solid Free-To-Play action/fps games with a good playerbase around Asia? My latency isn't very good when it reaches USA etc but in servers located in Singapore or Indonesia(I live in the Philippines), I get minimal lag. Take Team Fortress 2 for example, Steam recorded all my time spent and it's 253 hours lol

You can rent guns and gun parts for a certain amount of time much cheaper than buying them.
It's only about 200 for a rented gun or you can rent parts and each day it ask if you want to renew so effectively if you play enough you could keep a top tier gun without paying anything an you easily make the money back in a few games.

Some really epic moments and hasn't felt pay to win so far.I heard bout that and saw many potential titles but Im worried about the playerbase, if there's little people playing around Asia then it's gonna be a lagfest for me, the same thing happened with Counter Strike Source
