Is this HSF good? Post your temps using it and tell which CPU (t-bird, palomino, t-bred) are u using...

Should I use the thermal pad Bergquist 225U taht comes w/ it or use some silicon thermal paste?

The CPU is a AXP 1800+ T-Bred B
