As I am writing this I am downgrading to drivers 306.02 from the latest nVidia drivers (306.9x I think)
It's ridiculous how I get stutter and bad FPS with Guild Wars 2 when I can get steady 60FPS on a fully maxed-out with tons of visual modifications on Skyrim. Hopefully it's the drivers and when they're done installing I can report back and say it wasn't the GPU.
I'm using a GTX670 FTW, 16GB RAM, FX-4170 OCd to 4.5
I'm pretty sure that's way more than what's required to play GW2, but oh well.
Not sure, but I think I even tried on lowest settings and it would still stutter when walking around. On Max it's a steady 40-60 FPS when not walking, but when I try to walk, I start stuttering.
