Check inside your BIOS if there is something like Speed Eror Hold or Watchdog Timer and disable it.

AthlonXP1800+? what core is that? Palomino ? T-Bred A? T-Bred B?
I guess that if it runs well on 133Mhz..then 1.53Ghz is still fast enough that you wouldn't need to OC it

First off this is not an overclockers best setup.Usually u can get to 140+ though. What kind and speed is your ram? Are you running sync or async? Have you bumped the voltage to the proc? What kind of pci cards do you have? The more info you give us,the easier it is to picture the problem.

i have two NIC cards and a Geforce 4 ti4200 @ 550mhz one 333 stick of Nanya Ram (256).
I have 4 fans and a huge thermaltake volcano 9.

So it still doesn't work? What kind of powersupply do you have?

yep doesn't work, increased it to 140fsb and restarted. I have a 350watt PSU

350W should be enough if it is of decent quality. Try increasing your VCore with 0.025V.

No, you should be able to increase the voltage by chaning voltage settings inside the BIOS or with jumpers on the motherboard. Only if your motherboard doesn't support voltage changing you need to manually set them by changing some bridges on the CPU.
