What games can my PC handle?

CPU: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 420 @ 1.60GHz.
Video Card: Intel(R) GMA 3100.
RAM: 1.0 GB.
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (build 2600).
I've played GTA (3, VC, SA), Total Overdose: A Gunslinger's Tale in Mexico, Sims (2, 3, Bon Voyage, University, Seasons, Pets, Open for Business, Life Stories, Pet Stories), Art of Murder (all the games), Nancy Drew (all the games), The Simpsons: Hit and Run, Virtual Springfield, Carmageddon (1, 2), etc.
It couldn't run Desperate Housewives, The Punisher, GTA: 4, Sims 3: World Adventures, Just Cause, etc.

IF you want to run more games then you need:

More ram, a better CPU meaning probably a new motherboard, a new PSU and a graphics card.
