case cooling

i am currently running a pentium 4, 2.4 , intel mobo , wanting to know if, stealth pro fans are right for me, have 2 frnt case fans,
research shows dba reduced, [sound] and cfm [airflow] only slight reduction, compaired to my current fans, can anyone let me know
if these are good fans or just a lot of noise. thanks

I've heard teh ystech fans are something spectacular. Remember db is logarithmic, 5db for example is a large difference.
