Hi,

system specs:
I5 3570k (latest drivers)
MSI R7950
12gb 1600mhz ram
1080p resolution.

been playing blops 2 lately and my fps wont reach 125 fps even on LOWEST settings, i need 125 fps for movement reasons. and yes vsync is disabled to save any pointless replys. Infact im not getting the expected performance in most games, only getting around 30 fps in wow at ultra. Not the performance i think i should be getting.

More about : high end system low fps

Not sure about blops, but did you try disabling addons in WoW?

You say you have the latest drivers for your CPU, but don't mention your GPU?

What about GPU usage? What is it when you lag?

Check it. Use MSI afterburner to do that.

maxed out at 71% but probably averages around 60

its mostly just microstuttering, spiking between 125 and 100, gpu never even hit 60 degrees, so it isnt a heat issue

I don't think it's possible to get microstutter with a single card, unless there's a bug in the game engine.

From your description it sounds like something is bottlenecking your card.

Is this a new system or did you just upgrade the GPU? Did you reinstall windows to a clean drive?

what motherboard and PSU is this all attached to?
