Civ 5 crashes my computer

When I play Civ 5 after about 20 minutes my computer crashes. I think this is a PSU issue or a CPU overheating issue. I'm new to computer stuff so I could be wrong. I have a 450w PSU and a A10-5800k CPU with the stock cooler. I'm not sure how to check the CPU temp either. Thanks for your help

You can use HWMonitor to check it:

Leave it running in the background and when it crashes check the max temperature.
