Constant Crashing over Drivers

While using Windows 8 recently it has been crashing a lot (since Wednesday). Coming out of sleep mode especially. It almost always crashes during this time. It give me an error about a driver stopping to work and crashes. Can someone enlighten me to the issue?

FX 4100 @3.9GHz
8GB Crucial 1333 RAM
GT 430
Asus M5A97 970 Mobo

The only change I could think of would be my wireless drivers. They don't work with Windows 8 (Encore N150 Wireless USB Adapter). I also will lose internet access if I'm on newegg too long and my downloads are also extremely slow. When I downloaded the drivers from the site, they weren't in .exe but rather .sys, .inf, and .cat
