Games freezing at specific points.

I'm having an issue with Far Cry 3, Assassin's Creed III, and Hitman: Absolution freezing at certain points in the games. I'm not sure what's causing this issue, but I'm hoping that anyone here could give me some insight.

The specific issues are: During Far Cry 3, when the quick time event with Grant occurs, my game always freezes, and I'm unable to end the process. In Assassin's Creed, when you find the tomb and slide down the first slope, the game freezes and I'm unable to end the process. Finally, with Hitman: Absolution, it's when I use the fiber wire on anyone the game freezes and I'm unable to end the process.
