Free space cadet pinball down load with install in structions for windows 7

I am computer unfriendly .So i am asking for not only a site where i can download Space Cadet Pinball, but also need step by step instructions. Have already tried it through a place that was real good in instructing me,but i some how locked up something where now am asked to save or open in windows media center and due to it not being able to run in that program, i am stuck with this prompt everytime i go to download pinball.I need help in fixing that problem or whole new way to down load game.PLEASE HELP.
