Need Gaming PC Help!!!!

Hey Forum,

I purchased and HP Pavilion Elite HPE-430f Desktop with the 3.2GHz Intel Core i5-650 Processor and decided to upgrade it at Tiger Direct. I upgrade my power supply to the corsair 650w and my graphics card to the EVGA GTX 670. I a lot of games I get significantly lower frames rate than others have posted online. I run Black Ops 2 at not even max settings around 50fps while others run it perfectly at max settings. Since I am new to the gaming computer area I was wondering what components of the computer directly effect gaming performance? Do I have to upgrade my proc and mobo? Thanks!

Download MSI Afterburner and check GPU usage during performance which you do not like.
