Pentium boards

I have been using Amd cpus and boards for some time and have lost touch with what is the top of the heap for intell cpus.Iam a gamer so in you guys opinions what would be the best Intellcpu,mb and ram for a gaming rig.I do not want to pay the high price of the newist processer so a few notchs down is ok.I also do not oc.

The fastest Intel CPU's are the 3.2C, 3.0C, 2.8C, 2.6C, and 2.4C. Those are the ones with "800" bus. Pick whatever you can afford, you can always try overclocking to get "more".

The Abit IS7 and IS7-G are the fastest boards, but the Asus P4P800 and P4P800 Deluxe are extremely close in performance and overclock a bit better.
