Cheap computer that I can play games on?

Hey all! SO, I am a newbie gamer, and would like some kind of cheap computer to play games on, I play stuff like lotro and LoL and Starcraft 2, and more are constantly being added to the list. I currently own a HP mini, but the games won't work on here. I am on a budget, and can't even afford to build a computer right now. I need the cheapest computer possible that will play games alright? Help?
