OC'ing for 1st time. please help

I have never overclocked before so I was wondering what settings I should change and which programs I should use to test the stability of my system after I overclock it? I want to OC my 2500 barton to 200fsb.

AMD XP 2500+
thermalright slk800u with 80mm vantec stealth fan
Abit NF7-S v2.0
2x 256mb sticks of corsair 3200c2pt
Ati Radeon 9600pro
80GB Western Digital Caviar HD
Thermaltake Xaser 3 case with thermaltake 420w silent surepower PSU.

What you want to change is the FSB, but most times if you directly change it to 200MHz it wont work.

Just start increasing the FSB a couple of MHz a time and see if it wants to boot. If it doesn't want to boot or the OS doesn't want to start/system is unstable slightly increase the VCore with 0.025-5V... you got excellent cooling so you will be able to cope with the extra heat.

To test CPU stabilty use SiSoft SANDRA's burn-in test, or Prime95... I personally prefer Prime95.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM
