Quiet Power Supply

I'm getting ready to build my first system and one thing I'm very interested in is making it very quiet. I've got most of the components nailed down, but I realized that my PSU is going to have a fan on it and when compared to the ultra quiet case fans I'll be using this might be a big source of noise. Is this a legitamate concern? If so does anyone know of a good power supply that doesn't make much noise?

my true power 430 is certainly very quiet
but pc power and cooling are well known for their reliable, and above all quiet, PSUs. they're expensive though ($144 for one 400W ultra quiet PSU, compared with ~$75 for my antec true power 430W)
