Pre slotta lizardman warhammer 1984

I have a pre slotta lizardman figure and I cannot seem to find what he is called it says 1984 on the base then lizardman on one side on top and looks like jaken on the other side top and his head looks wolfish or dogish with tongue hanging out he is holding a staff and i think its a small chameleon clinging to the top of it he is holding some skulls in his left arm and has his foot resting on another head he is all metal with metal base and measures 28mm to top of his head and 46mm to top of staff his carrying and his feet have big nails like a dragons i have searched for ages on the net typing in combinations of the following words pre slotta lizardman metal 1984 citadel warhammer gw help please
