More Norton Firewall Settings

Notron 2003 on a XP machine, the Norton stops some of the net-email
functions, such as "delete", "replay". It is surely Norton because if
I disable the Norton momentarily and refresh the screen, everything
works fine, enable the Norton the refresh the screen, those few
buttons wouldn't work again.

It seems that there are some setting in the Norton's rule that
disallow some of the functions but do nothing to the others. Please
help.
