does any one else have water cooling.

my cpu is running around 45 to 50

is that healthy?

it is VERy hot in my room, almsot to the point where i am sweating, that could be a problem too i guess, 1 day i left my window open, it was minuse 20

and i came hoe after work my room was freezing!, my cpu temp was at 9c on the exos meter. about 17 in the bios, pretty crazy

Well if your CPU overclocked and how hot is it in your room (everyone sweats at a different temp  )?

45-50 C is nothing to worry about, but if you're running at stock with not high room temps then your watercooler is performing very badly.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM

That is 15 C above ambient... I wonder if that is normal for that system. What is your case temp?

My water cooled system runs ~111F fully loaded with an ambient case temp of ~90F in a room with AC. The cooler covers the CPU, AMD2600, and the GPU, GE4/4600. I am just starting to experiment with OC
