Sudden fps spikes.

Hello everyone

Im having a huge problem... I just got new graphic card its Hercules 3d Prophet 9700 pro agp. And im having some problems in games that this card should run them nicely. When i play some games like BF2, Guitar hero 3, League of Legends on low, im getting some huge fps spikes from 60 to 3-4.. Then goes like that for 10-20 sec and then gets back to normal.... I have latest graphic drivers and everything.
