PC CRASHES 5 Mins after game starts

hey guys, so my pc crashes right after i play BF3, far cry 3, ANY GAME!! its horrid!! i have updated my bios and drivers, and before this i had a virus and the virus crashed my games AS SOON as they STARTED, i got rid of that and cleaaned my whle pc, i dunno what to do now plzz help!!;0 Hunter
