How to redeem AC3 @ GTX 660TI card code

Hopefully I ain't sounding too stupid, but is there any way to redeem the game? I can't see anywhere on the UbiShop forum the possibility to introduce the code and download the game. I'd totally appreciate your help guys.

Sorry, but I don't get what you mean. I've already pass through that procces, got myself a game code and now I've no idea where to put it. Sorry for being a lil' dumb.
