Just got my T-bred 1800+ last night. Currently I am running 220x8.0 and I love it. My memory is crap, so Tomorrow I will be getting back my old Corsair stuff that would o/c extremely well and I will probably try and run it in sync.
Just gotta love these T-breds.

It takes 2 70cfm fans, an open case and a 12 inch fan to cool my 2376mhz/1.85 volt 1700 tbred to 56C load
.
Your pretty close to stock speed for a 1800 and ur at 45C load
. Better get the case open and stick a big fan in there
. At stock speeds my 1700 idles at 34C and 37C load. It goes up 4C every .075 volts. At 1.85 volts you should go to 2.2ghz easily as i reach that at just 1.75v. It really helps having the case side off and a fan cooling the whole board/gfx and cpu.
Just keep it under 60C and dont go over 1.9v and you will be fine.

My 1700+ at 2000MHz/1.675V Vcore and with the HSF running at 2400rpm (tnx to the ASUS Q-Fan) idles at 34C and at full load reaches 41C. But when i overclock it to 2140MHz/1.92V Vcore, the CPU idles at 45C and full load hits more than 55C, upto 58C sometimes.

You said the max you had it running at was 10x220. Extra 20mhz in 3dmark01 will add 250+- points and about 10 points in 03. Your cpu is only clocked at 2.2ghz, mines at 2376, that alone will make up for the FSB as ive tried similar settings. Whats your 9500np running at and what scores did you get ?

I had to up the voltage as over 200mhz before i would get crashes in counterstrike (even though the other tests ran fine). Now at 2.8V instead of 2.66 @ 206mhz and cl2. You think I can take it higher? Its only rated for cl2.5 @ 200mhz (twinmos). I know the board will do 230mhz +- though but in the tests I looked at my memory kinda maxed out at what im at now with cl2.

I'd rather keep CL2 coz its worth 5-7mhz of CL2.5. Maybe I can hit 214mhz with this ram. Think i'll try later. The fact that i'm at 206 @ CL2 already shows this must be better than the ones in the review. They only went to 201mhz @ CL2. I think ill ask in the memory forum and do a seperate post asking for opinions on my memory going upto 215mhz... Always nice to know if someones already at that speed

Sorry it took me so long I haven't checked the boards since yesterday morning.
I am going to try and bench 10x220 when I get my corsair mem back today. That bench was 9x221. Hopefully I will be able to bench 10x221 when I get that mem. It has been hot around here in KENT WA lately though so my temps were up a bit.

Ah your at 380gpu clock lol. And btw mask i got to 214fsb fine @ cl2.5 but ive settled for 203mhz with agressive interface for fsb and cpu enabled and 2334mhz cpu speed. Just got 16790 in 2001 (faster than 206mhz fsb and 2369 cpu). Gonna bench 3dmark03 again and aim for 5300+

yeah, the noise from the HSF cud be very annoying sometimes. I am happy with my stock HSF (that came with my 1700+ t-bred B). Runs at 3300rpm by default and when the Q-Fan kicks in the HSF runs at 2300 rpm. Even then its good at cooling. Not the best, but good.
