It takes 2 70cfm fans, an open case and a 12 inch fan to cool my 2376mhz/1.85 volt 1700 tbred to 56C load
.
Your pretty close to stock speed for a 1800 and ur at 45C load :/. Better get the case open and stick a big fan in there
. At stock speeds my 1700 idles at 34C and 37C load. It goes up 4C every .075 volts. At 1.85 volts you should go to 2.2ghz easily as i reach that at just 1.75v. It really helps having the case side off and a fan cooling the whole board/gfx and cpu.
Just keep it under 60C and dont go over 1.9v and you will be fine.
