Is nodus client for minecraft safe?

I downloaded Nodus for 1.5.2 and it was awesome. I mainly used the ore finding cheat where you can make everything but ore invisible so you can see where its at. It should be safe, but be cautious when downloading it because I'm sure the website you download it from will have about a million "Download!" buttons, but make sure you only click the ones in the article that say it in normal text because otherwise you will end up with something you don't want.
