Will this spec run Skyrim on high settings?

Just want to ask will my laptop run Skyrim on high or even ultra settings?

CPU: Intel Core i7 3610QM @ 2.3GHZ
RAM: 6GB DDR3 @ 1600MHZ
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT650M 2GB DDR3 VRAM
HDD: 1TB SATA II (5400RPM)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

I believe this system should be able to handle high at the 1366x768 resolution. It should be close if it doesn't.

OK thanks for the input everybody. Good to know I should be able to play on medium/high settings at least.

Update - I have just installed Skyrim and the game has - upon autodetecting my laptop's spec - told me it will be on ultra high settings as a default. A bit surprising tbh, as I was expecting "only" high at best. And the game does look awesome, far better than on 360 or PS3.

Quite a nice xmas surpise!
