I've tried out the game Vindictus from nexon, tried to play it on ultra and had lag every time i did a special combo that made everything split. also lagged in town with a lot of people.
I've also tried out far cry 3 and i can play but smoothly with minimum lag spikes on low.

I was wondering if my graphics card might be messed up or something since i've been searching for people who have the same graphics cards and can handle games like battlefield 3.

Have you tried updating you video drivers? AMD releases them pretty often.

What's your internet speed? Sounds like you only have lag whilst in populated areas.

my video drivers are up to date and my internet speed is about 1mb at night but during the day it lowers to about 200-500kb
I also just tried running Battlefield 3 and played campaign on ultra, it was working fine with minimum lag spikes. i dont see why i cant play vindictus or far cry 3 since there spec requirements are much lower
On vindictus i have fps lag when i'm alone on a boat where you can smash many objects..
