putting together a new system here folks, which PSU should i go for? i heard that
while enermax is a good PSU, it aint quite as good as antec/sparkle units when
it comes to extreme overclocking, some voltages might drop a bit?? also do the sparkle or
enermax PSU's have any adjustable voltage rails like some antec units do??

thanks!

Anandtech recently reviewed quite a few PSU's and its a very good article. Covers quite a lot, check it out here. Maybe you'll be able to decide after reading that article.

fortron make amazing psus for an equally amazing price...

3 386DX-25's...12 volts...glue some ln2 and a wicked amount of overclocking and you get a willamantee minus 36 pins, 33.75 million transistors and a couple hundred mhz...

Fortron and Sparkle are the same. The PSUs are sold under a third name as well but I forget that one.

That is right... but you can see if it is a Fortron PSU if there is FPS in the product name/model name. Aopen for instance uses FPS PSUs in some cases.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM

By "in some cases", did you mean, "in some instances", or did you mean literally, "in some cases", as in PC cases?

It would be nice to know if there were some PC cases with decent power supplies.

Well I've only seen them in Aopen cases... as far as I know 350W is the max used. But maybe they also sell them without case.
