From the place where I'm planning to buy the stuff, the OCZ PC3700EL 256MB DDR CL2.5 COPPER HEAT SPREADER is currently on-sale, it's about 3/4 price of the Kingston HyperX PC3500, seeking for some advice, which 1 should i get, in other words which 1 has more overclockability. Thanks guys.

I hate Computers! I could only overclock my Barton 2500+ to 2645mhz. My Sapphire 9800pro core/mem speed won't go above 475/750. I really hate computers!

I dont know about the memory, but my guess would be the kingston will overclock better. When will you be ordering the parts? Im interested to know the outcome of your little overclocking adventure. A good aim is to run at 1:1 ratio at 250mhz fsb @ 3/3/3/8 timings. That will give you superb bandwith and a good overclock on the 2.4 -> 3ghz. Or if you'r after the higher cpu speed, lower timings on memory then run it at 5:4 and aim for 300mhz system FSB and 240mhz memory (3.6ghz cpu hehe). If you dont plan on going the 250/250 or 1:1 ratio then just get the twinmos 233mhz, up the voltage a bit and run it at 240 with 2.5/3/3/6 timings. Should save you a bit too....

I've just read a review, Hyperx can be overclocked nicely at low latency, but OCZ goes higher at higher latency. This is such difficult choice.

i would go for the ocz as it is guaranteed to clock to pc3700 speeds....

3 386DX-25's...12 volts...glue some ln2 and a wicked amount of overclocking and you get a willamantee minus 36 pins, 33.75 million transistors and a couple hundred mhz...

Might be a good idea to put the question in the correct forum next time.

So people with the same question looking in the correct forum might also benefit from these answers.
