Want to run all the latest game on max/ultra and still get good FPS. Planning to run it on a 1366x768 resolution 19 inch screen. Not planning to upgrade, photoshop, video editing, or Slc. Need to max out the highest end game like Battlefield 3, Heavy modded Skyrim, Far Cry 3, etc.

Which one do you think is the better deal? is the second one worth the price difference? Thanks in advance!
niether. you can get the 3750k for a good bit less for what you loose on stock clocks its well worth the price drop. the rest of the systems are fine. apart from price/ i would go for the 1 with the 600w psu and forget about the liquid cooling.
yes its better than air but if you do it rite with a FDB fan air can be silent and effective. with a lot less risk of leaking.
