If I'm running windows 7 beta, will I be able to Upgrade to windows 7 retail tomorrow, or do I have to downgrade to Vista first?

Microsoft has provided a method to upgrade from Beta/RC to Windows Retail but it is not recomended.

Do so at your own risk.

Thanks, if I understand that correctly. It means I can still do a Clean install just not a upgrade. right?

No, you can do an upgrade from the Beta and RC to the RTM version, it's just not supported by Microsoft, nor is it recommended by very many people at all (myself included). Clean installs are always a better idea. If you REALLY NEED to upgrade from the Beta or RC though, it can be done.
