removing vga ram sinks

ok, i'm replacing the cooling system on my VGA card and i need to replace the memory heatsinks... so how do i remove the ones that are already there (that are also stuck on with sticky... uh... stuff)? do i just pull em off?

Use a hair dryer to blow on the ram sinks will do the job to (the heat will not damage the chip). If you chose to go for the freezer, just make sure your card is free from any liquid condensation before you power up.
