What is the best mail service to use for shipping computers?

I'm asking because I plan on shipping my gaming computer which has a weighty GPU and CPU cooler. I already packed it in with anti static foam blocks to prevent movement inside the case during shipment.

FedEx and UPS are both reliable and good. These are the services that computer companies use.

Ordered laptop part (2nd bay caddy) from and a watch in 2 occasion from USA, shipped by UPS and both arrived in Australia exactly 1 week after credit transaction went through, so I say they are quite fast. As to damage, I can't say because you are sending something much heavier.
