Help ! Borderlands 2 problem

Hello everyone ! I got borderlands 2 problem here ! The game wont start after pressing "Play"
Can someone help me fix this problem ? I download Windows 8 fixers for BR2 , restarted laptop few times, got every .dll what game wanted from me... I just dont understand.
It is working for friend with win8 but wont for me ...

it just dosent do anything, or does it give a error message? steam or disk? does cpu usage go up when you hit start? is the link going to the correct path? we need more info to help.
