what would be the best heatsink for an intel p4 in the $20-50 price range? does alpha
still make quality heatsinks?? i ve seen tons of people praise the thermalright
one, should i get that one instead?? and what about the fan?? i hear delta & sunon are good ?? i would probably need to stay under 35dBA or so.. thanks

Well the boxed one is also of decent quality so unless you want to OC very high use that one.

Alpha still makes quality heatsinks... so does Swiftech and Thermalright. If you want it quiet a big (80 or 92mm depending on heatsink size) panaflo fans is your best choice. Delta fans are often very loud.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM
