Can I overclock 3,2

I have a dell and a P4 3,2ghz Cpu. Can I overclock it?In bios I can't change anything.

Only with OC software like SetFSB or SoftFSB, IF your mobo/clockgenerator is supported.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM

Ouch. The 3.2 runs hot already. I would leave it as it is because thats the fastest chip you can buy. Whats your idle/load temperatures of the processor?

that's going to burn, dell cases don't have that very nice ventilation.

I have a dell XPS which has very nice cooling for my CPU. And It doesn't generate as much heat as you say.
